The Talk with Texas RE to be conducted on Thursday, March 3, 2022, between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. (Central) is an excellent opportunity to glean lessons learned. This webinar is a collaboration between Texas RE and WECC. Brad Woods and Mark Henry from Texas RE will discuss the May 2021 Odessa Disturbance that saw a widespread reduction of over 1,100 MW of PV resources. Steve Ashbaker and James Hanson from WECC will review multiple similar events that have occurred in California in recent years and the subsequent lessons learned.
