FERC Submits FY 2023 Congressional Justification

Summary:

FERC’s Congressional Justification consolidates the Annual Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report with the Performance Budget Request for the purpose of: (1) communicating FERC’s results from the previous fiscal year, (2) establishing FERC’s planned results in the current and following fiscal years, and (3) supporting FERC’s resource request for the following year to pursue its mission. Additionally, the report is to provide information on FERC’s progress achieving goals, objectives, and strategic priorities.
