Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) is pleased to announce that it will host a Risk Assessment and Mitigation (RAM) Process webinar to provide registered entities with information on new internal processes within Align, which includes RAM’s new Preliminary Review process of all findings and the new responsibility of RAM staff as a RAM Primary Contact for registered entity use. These changes respond to feedback from the 2019 Stakeholder Survey to focus on better communication with MRO’s registered entities. In addition to internal process changes, MRO staff will review updates and guidance on the ERO Self-Logging program and provide a summary of upcoming Reliability Standard activity. A detailed agenda will be provided in the coming weeks. Professionals from registered entities within MRO’s footprint involved in their compliance monitoring and enforcement programs are encouraged to participate. This event will be recorded for those unable to attend the live stream.
